GIVE THE GIFT THAT LASTS A LIFETIME – BELONGING
A gift made to The Diabetes Family Connection is so much more than just a charitable donation – you’re giving a gift that lasts a lifetime to a family affected by diabetes. Diabetes can be burdensome, exhausting, and isolating. At the Diabetes Family Connection, we are on a mission to positively transform life with diabetes through the power of community. Your gift give a families the opportunity to join a community where they belong.
Each year, The DFC has the privilege of serving over 300 unique families affected by Type 1 diabetes through nine geographically dispersed programs (including the LARGEST diabetes camp in the state of North Carolina). We’re looking to GROW and we need YOUR help!
When you give to The DFC, you’re helping to build a community. Give the gift that lasts a lifetime, give the gift of camp!
