BECOME A DFC CHAMPION
To fund The DFC’s transformational programing we organize fundraisers that are true to our values, mission, and vision. Rooted in Community events are hosted by a DFC Champion. Champions are families, groups, or businesses focused on sharing The DFC’s transformative programming and community for those impacted by type 1 diabetes in their area.
The Champion hosts a party to raise funds to support The DFC or a specific DFC program. They invite their family, friends, neighbors, or colleagues to learn more about their T1D connection and the importance of the DFC community to their journey. The party, food, drink, location, and fun are all at the champion’s discretion.
